Religion's impact at the

 Winter Olympics

Bio

Senior Thesis

It's more than just a senior thesis, it's a journey to combine all the skills I've spent four years learning and refining.

What: An article series and video presentation on the ministry efforts at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Why: The project will identify ways faith groups have shaped their ministry tactics in order to adapt to an ever-changing environment and stay relevant at large main stage events.

When: February 7 - 17, 2018

Why Fund This Project: This project is unique, and requires funding in order to access individuals participating in and being affected by the ministry. I have been given a small grant to begin, but it does not cover all the costs of the project. Remaining expenses will have to come out of pocket. Support of any amount is greatly appreciated!

A seasoned traveler, Madeline has traveled to 5 continents, including living in Sevilla, Spain. Her favorite country is Ecuador, because of the diverse biological environments, the food, and the people. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, and backpacking. Madeline is originally from Greenville, South Carolina, and currently resides in Columbia, S.C.
