Hi! I'm Madeline, an Atlanta-based public relations professional with experience in corporate, nonprofit, and tourism communications. I'm a dynamic storyteller, with expertise in social media management and communications campaign strategy. I've worked with clients globally, and I have extensive working with public private partnerships and with faith-based for-profit companies.
I am active in the Decatur community and attend Decatur First UMC. In my free time, you can find me hiking, planning a trip, or doing varying DIY projects renovating our mid-century modern home.

2018
Communications Director, FaithSocial, Inc.
Responsible for all content and communications for FaithSocial including social (paid/organic), email marketing, influencer relations with A-List celebrities, and overseeing all internal app content such as seasonal Devotional series, Discussion Forums, "Kidz Korner" content, app notifications to users, and other app resources.
I hired and oversee a Content Team of three people.
Also managed relationships between PR agency, Marketing agency, 3rd party contractors and the company.
Directed marketing and PR campaigns for 9 seasonal campaigns per year and app feature rollout campaigns.
Collaborated cross-departmentally with the Development Team to create new and engaging features for the app and website serving as a Product Manager.
Special Correspondent, Religion News Service

Public Relations Coordinator, Herschend Family Entertainment
Sharing the story of Herschend Family Entertainment Property Stone Mountain Park through social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. In this team oriented environment, I work closely with our PR team to host media events, coordinate reporter requests, partner with surrounding communities, and tell the story of the park through a variety of mediums.
Additionally, coordinating all movie, film and photography shoots that film on the park grounds. Working cross-departmentally with Film Locations teams, Stone Mountain Park departments, the SMPPD, the Marriott Hotel, and 3rd party contractors to ensure the projects are successful from the initial scout to the final invoice.
2016 - 2018
Communications Associate, Smoky Mountain Resort Ministries
Oversaw all ministry communications including social media (Facebook), virtual and physical newsletters, and email communications. Successfully orchestrated campaigns for Giving Tuesday, exceeding intended fundraising goal by 55%, and Scripture September, growing social media engagement by 67%.
Worked closely with the Development Director and Ministry teams to design and create digital and virtual marketing collateral to further the goals of the ministry.
